Sharon Laird Sprow is a lifetime Florida resident and has been a Real Estate professional since 1993 – selling homes from Tampa to Punta Gorda. She is passionate about helping her clients buy and sell homes.  Since 2018 Sharon has been an integral part of the 941Team, increasing her production year after year – helping the team reach the accolades earned – The Florida 100, Coldwell Banker Realty Legends Society 2019-2021, Coldwell Banker Presidents Elite Team and Real Trends Top 1% Team Nationally. 

She is dedicated to her clients – who she proudly calls friends – going the extra mile to make sure they find their dream home or get the most for their listing.  Her 30 years in the industry and as a true local, knowing who, what, where, when and how makes her a true asset to anyone with Real Estate needs. Her specialty areas include residential new home sales, properties in South Sarasota, Port Charlotte, North Port and beachfront bargain hunts throughout Manatee, Sarasota, and Hillsborough counties. 

Outside of work, Sharon is a very proud Mom of her three grown sons who are alumni from Harvard, FSU and Florida Gulf Coast – and heading out to make a difference no matter the paths they choose, her support for them shines through.  An Incredible accomplishment in its own right!
