Our Founder, Patrick McGuire named us the 941Team for a reason; local knowledge is paramount for both parties involved in real estate. The partners alone have lived in the Manatee/Sarasota County area for nearly 100 years combined! We live, breathe, sleep, and enjoy this area and have been a part of the growth for many years. When selling and buying a property that local expertise translates into less time looking around -  which is very important to those looking to call this area home.

As the leading team in the Coldwell Banker Lakewood Ranch North office, plus the top producing individual agent, we average over 10 transactions per month with $62+million in sales for 2021. We also averaged 104% list to sales ratio for 2021 and a time on market average (below 3 days) far surpassing the county average.

His vision still shines through today as we carry his ideals forward.  The name came about as he wanted the Team to be about the entirety, not one individual who benefits from those "working" for that one individual.  941 is our area code and signifies our local expertise.  Patrick always said that it's about the agent - giving them credit where credit was due - and as a partner, he was always there to make sure you are a better, agent, better person and better prepared should you go off onto newer horizons.  If an agent goes on their own - then at least we know they are a well-trained agent... one that understands all aspects of being a Realtor®.

He was suddenly taken from us in June of 2020. His legacy will live with us forever.
